Terms of Service

Our published terms of service are in preparation with counsel. This page is not those terms, and nothing on it replaces the terms of a signed agreement.

TeddyIQ is sold to organizations under a written agreement with TeddyCare Medical LLC. The terms governing access to and use of the platform are part of that agreement and are provided for review before you sign. Ask us and we will send the current version.

No real patient information in demos. Use of any TeddyIQ demonstration or pre-production environment is restricted to synthetic, non-identifying data. Introducing real protected health information (PHI) into any demo or pre-production environment is not permitted.

Before any real patient data is processed. Production use of TeddyIQ for workflows involving PHI requires a fully executed agreement with TeddyCare Medical, including any required Business Associate Addendum, before any real patient data is processed.
