Privacy Notice

Our full privacy notice is in preparation with counsel. This page describes how TeddyIQ handles information today; it is not the complete notice, and it does not replace the terms of a signed agreement.

TeddyCare Medical LLC provides its current privacy and data-processing terms as part of the agreement a customer signs, before any real patient information is processed. If you are evaluating TeddyIQ and need those terms in advance, ask us and we will send them.

No real patient information in demos. TeddyIQ does not collect or process real protected health information (PHI) in any demonstration or pre-production environment. All demo environments use synthetic, non-identifying data only.

Before any real patient data is processed. Production data processing involving PHI does not begin until TeddyCare Medical has completed the applicable security and compliance readiness steps and any required business associate agreement is executed.

Business Associate Addendum. TeddyCare Medical signs a Business Associate Addendum with covered entities and their business associates. Ask us for the current version.
